These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of LevelUpRanking ("the Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

This document is a general template and not legal advice; we recommend review by your own counsel before relying on it.

1. The service

LevelUpRanking provides reputation-management and local-SEO software for home-service businesses, including review requests, AI-assisted review replies, rank tracking, content generation, and related integrations. Features available depend on your plan.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be authorized to manage the business profiles and phone numbers you connect.

3. Acceptable use & messaging

You agree to use the Service lawfully, including compliance with applicable messaging, telemarketing, and consumer-protection laws (e.g., TCPA). You are responsible for having the right to contact the customers you message, and recipients may opt out at any time.

4. Plans, trials & billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Free trials convert to paid plans unless canceled before the trial ends. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the paid period.

5. Your content & data

You retain ownership of the business data and content you provide. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service on your behalf. Our handling of personal and Google data is described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Third-party services

The Service integrates with third parties (e.g., Google, payment and messaging providers). Your use of those services is subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or actions.

7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific rankings, review volumes, or business outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior twelve months.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or to protect the Service or its users.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
